Suit says Cigna misled retirees

Philadelphia, Penn,-based Cigna Corp. has been sued by a group of 40 South Jersey retirees in a class-action lawsuit. The lawsuit, which was filed in Camden County Superior Court, alleges that the company had guaranteed 100% to 200% over 7 to 10 years and regular interest payments on investments.
