Divorce attorneys, as well as custody lawyers, are using cell phone logs and e-mails to prove spousal misbehavior. Use of electronic evidence follows certain rules regarding the manner of acquisiton and the person involved in the evidence. The complexity and the need for laws regarding the use of electronic evidence is discussed.
