A new marketing era begins with enhanced fax services

Article Abstract:

More companies in the US are using fax-on-demand (FOD) systems to raise sales and marketing efforts. FOD is the easiest way to get back information quickly since it faxes product or service information to callers in less than a minute. Many firms find fax-on-demand economical as they no longer have to employ individuals to take care of standard product information requests. This leaves employees free to focus on callers's more pressing questions and problems.
