A taxing dilemma

Article Abstract:

A study on whether investors holding stock should be charged tax on their capital gains while selling their stocks is presented. In the US one has to pay short-term capital gains taxes at the highest tax rate for ordinary income, from 10% to 35% if he sells shares owned for 12 months or less and for a profit.

When your stock takes nosedive

Article Abstract:

A brief guide that would take the investors to take sound action without panic in case their stocks take a nosedive of about 20% or so is presented. The guide includes analysis of what happened, thesis defunct, thesis uncertain, thesis intact and understanding that the drops are unavoidable.
