They are served in all segments of the food service industry and are essential to quick-service, deli menus and convenience foods. According to Food Service Director magazine, sandwiches are the fastest growing concept outpacing burgers. Good bread, high quality fillings and unique condiments and garnishes are key elements to making delectable sandwiches.
