Boeing North American, Inc., Long Beach, Calif., was awarded on Dec. 31 a $45,000,000 time-and-material contract to provide for CY 99 engineering services in support of the B-1B aircraft. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Expected contract completion date is Dec. 31, 1999 (or through Dec. 31, 2004, if all options are exercised). Solicitation issue date was March 9, 1998. Negotiation completion date was Dec. 16, 1998.
