Devices such as less-lethal weapons (LLW) are used to stop violence without causing serious injury that is high among the priorities. A new generation of weaponry which is coming of age is known as the Laser Dazzler that attacks on sensory fronts like blinding with light, distracting with noise or disabling with slippery foams, putrid odors or sedatives.
