Battelle Memorial Institute, Columbus, Ohio, Contract # DAAD05-99-D-7014; Science Applications International Corporation, San Diego, California, Contract # DAAD05-99-D-7015; and Harris Technical Services Corporation, Alexandria, Virginia, Contract # DAAD05-99-D- 7016, are each awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract. The combined contracts total dollar value is $75,000,000 with each contractor having a guaranteed minimum of $250,000. The contracts are for Engineering Support Services for the Army Research Laboratory. They are expected to be completed by March 3, 2004. Work will be performed at Columbus, Ohio; San Diego, Calif.; and Alexandria, Va. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. DBA Systems Inc., Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order) with a cumulative total of $18,201,675. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command for the Threat Simulator Management Office of the U.S. Army Project Manager for Instrumentation, Targets, and Threat Simulators (PMITTS) has a requirement for an Electro-Optical/Infrared and Anti-Armor (EO/IR/AA) threat system assessment, modification, and enhancement support for the Threat Simulator Management Office. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Fla. (55%); and Huntsville, Ala. (45%), and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2003. This is a sole source contract initiated on Sept. 25, 1998. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAH01-99-D-A001).
