KDI Precision Products Inc.*, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded $10,961,600 (base year total) as part of a $20,789,096 firm-fixed-price contract for 640,000 (X)M235 self destruct fuzes, and 400,000 (X)M234 self destruct fuzes. Work will be performed in Cincinnati, Ohio (67.5%); Horsham, Pa. (19%); and Texarkana, Texas (13.5%), and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Aug. 19, 1997.
