Baculovirus solves a complex problem
Article Abstract:
An improved system, which is built on successive developments in baculovirus technology and that streamlines the production of eukaryotic protein complexes, is described. The results of the study indicate that the improved method for expressing genes from a single baculovirus vector assists in the synthesis of complexes with multiple sub units.

Decoding global gene expression programs in liver cancer by noninvasive imaging
Article Abstract:
Decoding of imaging traits in non-invasive computed tomography (CT) are correlated with gene expression patterns. The results show that genomic activity of human liver cancers can be decoded by noninvasive imaging.
