All for one and one for all?

Article Abstract:

Some clients of law firms in Leeds, England, would like to use companies that can offer both legal and accounting services. Large firms offering both services may be more geared to global rather than local markets, but there is a case for integrating accountancy and legal work. An integrated service can offer a general view. Some in-house lawyers would prefer to use the best specialists for particular deals, rather than using integrated services.
