Burlington Resources Inc

Article Abstract:

Burlington Resources Inc is part of the oil and gas industry, particularly in the natural gas pipelines operation. Dir Walter Scott reportedly purchased a significant amount of shares in Jan 1992 when the stock was trading at the $35.63 area. In Nov 1992, persistent insider selling was observed at the $42.13 level before settling at the $41 area. Scott recently acquired another 13,900 shares at an average cost of $38, indicating the stock's probable undervaluation at that price.
