Bush seen hammering Iraq in State of the Union Address

Article Abstract:

United States President George W. Bush will very likely use his upcoming State of the Union Address before congress to assail Iraq as being a recalcitrant, belligerent rogue nation that is placing itself in the position of being militarily attacked. The president?s comments will come one day after the chief weapons inspector for the United Nations, Mr. Hans Blix, delivers his report on Iraqi compliance with his organization?s resolutions prohibiting that nation?s ownership of weapons of mass destruction.
