CUSTOMERS HELP MAKE SOFTWARE AFFORDABLE

Article Abstract:

Business-to-business electronic commerce software remains expensive, but small business-to-business suppliers may now be able to expect help from their larger customers in purchasing such software. Trilogy Software (Austin, TX) says such firms as Barnes and Noble are giving Trilogy's Buying Chain purchasing portal to their suppliers to customize. Such manufacturers as IBM are beginning to recognize the complexities involved in business-to-business commerce, and are adapting their distribution techniques accordingly.
