Coca-Cola Co

Article Abstract:

Coca-Cola Co has disclosed a 100 million share buyback to fortify its leverage and lessen debtholder protection measurements. Some stock analysts are also pessimistic about the buyback's impact and they are concerned about the Mar and Jun 1992 quarter moderate sales statistics. There is a 56-cent dividend on the 1.3 billion shares. Institutions own 54% of the shares while Director Paul Oreffice has increased his stakes to 23,000 shares.
