Article Abstract:

Article Abstract:

A developing community based psychogeriatric service is evaluated in terms of organizational control. The service is seen as a complex system with various interest groups and multiple agencies involved. The results show that there is a different perception of effectivity depending on which group is addressed. Moreover, there is only a partial measurement of actual performance by the management control system.
