Analysts' have raised concerns about U.S. Robotics Inc.'s earnings for the Dec. 1996 quarter after seven insiders sold or expressed plans to sell 456,000 shares for $62 to $68. Among them are Director John Zakin who made his largest sale since 1993 by disposing of 100,000 option-related shares, VP Michael Seedman who sold 90,000 shares and VP Mark Remissong who cleared out 20,000 shares.
