Employee should be treated as partners to gain loyalty and so their basic interest must be considered first in addition to open and honest communication and by sharing with them the profits gained with their help. Inspite of the fact that traditional management method is changing, the goals of both the employers and employees have remained unchanged only the method to attain it is modified.
