Compuware Corp., McLean, Va., is being awarded a fixed-price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract with an estimated value of $9,434,876 for the consolidation of Compuware proprietary software maintenance contracts at Defense Megacenters (DMC), and the Contingency Operations Center at Slidell, La. The period of performance will be five years, one base year plus four one-year options. The base year delivery order is estimated to be $3,511,360 for license conversions and software maintenance. This was a sole source acquisition to Compuware Corp. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., is the contracting activity (DCA-200-99-D-5001).
