Dignity and respect for all

Article Abstract:

Ernst & Young's diversity training program provides important lessons on how to ensure the success of the training process. The accounting firm's experience demonstrates the importance of linking the training program to the firm's strategic initiatives, getting senior management to support the program, and ensuring the suitability of the program to the needs of the organization. It also shows the value of carefully selecting between a comprehensive and a focused approach, conducting follow-ups, and managing people's expectations.
