Article Abstract:

The issue of privacy on the Internet is becoming a major concern for business-to-business direct marketers. As more and more business-to-business direct marketers adopt the Internet as a medium of communication, they feel an increasing pressure to protect privacy rights online. Focus your site on the customer

Article Abstract:

Business marketers should create Web sites that can serve existing customers as well as help to obtain new ones. Effective sites are those that provide users with easy access to information about products being offered rather than a flood of company information. Customer service can also be improved by offering tools such as downloadable information and e-mail access to support personnel.
