Disability insurance revisited

The concerns over the disability insurance as per the 2004 IRS Revenue Ruling are discussed. The employers and the self-employed are suggested to review how they handle disability insurance and the planning considerations for the same are delineated.

In 2003 the IRS will subject the salaries earned by shareholder-employees to close scrutiny. Strategies are presented for making the compensations earned seem reasonable, hence less likely to be deducted.
