EDS

Article Abstract:

Electronic Data Systems (EDS) motivates all of its 110,000 employees with incentive programs that are custom-made for each of them. The high-technology services company based in Plano, TX recently sent some 200 top sales performers to Hawaii as part of Inner Circle, an incentive program that became very successful to the point that EDS created a similar package for top company leaders. More importantly, company picnics and arrangements for an employee's family in times of distress provide added upliftment.
