England says Congressional strictures could reduce ship purchases

Article Abstract:

The Navy budget for the fiscal year ending September 20, 2006 has imposed restrictions on giving all work of building DD(X) destroyers to one shipyard and promoted distributing the work, which will increase the cost. The points that, according to England have to be considered while making such a decision are discussed.
