Hercules is also involved in more cyclical commercial real estate, and in real estate insurance through Heritage, an intermediary in this activity. Hercules' pre-tax profit is forecast at 1.83 million pounds sterling for 1997 to 1998 by Raphael Zorn Hemsley.
