How ABN AMRO and other international banks are succeeding in Romania

The practices of international bank such as ABN AMRO in Romania are examined with regards to their role in driving corporate success. The best strategies were found to be those that are based on distributed decision making. The importance of efficent business relationships and diversity in internal and external networks is analyzed.

Nine software firms operating in Japan were surveyed to determine best practices for operating in the Japanese software market. Software companies in business-to-business market niches rate personal marketing factors higher than mass marketing factors.
