How do you measure the customer experience?

Article Abstract:

Measurement of customer experience is important for market research. The traditional quantitative research methods, cannot serve the purpose of measuring customer experience. New marketing research methods, which can distinguish between the physical delivery of the experience and the way consumers feel about it are discussed.
