How to conduct competitive intelligence in your biotech startup

Article Abstract:

A successful CI (competitive intelligence) process begins by identifying what the company needs to know which are usually expressed as Key Intelligence Topics (KITs) and Key Intelligence Questions (KIQs). Once the CI needs are defined, exsisting knowledge must be reviewed to determine where there are gaps in the company's knowledge and a collection plan should be developed to fill these gaps.
