Minorplanet Systems supplie vehicle tracking devices for fleet managers, security firms and haulage companies. The deputy chairman of Minorplanet is Jeffrey Morris who is also a beneficiary of M and L Self Administered Pension Fund from which Minorplanet rents its premises. Morris has also been the suject of allegations of insider trading, though the case was not proven. Morris was approached by inventors in 1996, which is how he became involved in tracking systems.
