Lifetime Corp surprisingly posted a $1.50 price hike to 15 1/8 last Aug 11, 1992 amidst several negative developments. The company's plan to sell its recruitment service operation failed to materialize. Lifetime sustained a loss for the 1st half Jun 1992 and its $15.5 million debt has not been paid yet. Analysts have a guarded outlook about the stock. Larry Stuesser acquired 12,000 shares at 12 1/2 to 13 last Jul 1992, increasing his stake to 15,500. Lifetime has no dividends on its 9.3 million shares.
