MOD, BAE debate overruns on 2.8 billion pounds carrier project

Article Abstract:

The tussle between the BAE Systems PLC, Thales Group SA and the U.K. Ministry of Defense over the cost of the Royal Navy carrier project is discussed. The innovative contract shares the risks between the government and the contractors whether the project should go over budget or over deadline but if the project runs over budget then neither the government nor the contractors solely want to be responsible.
