Making acquisitions work

Article Abstract:

One of the reasons for failures in acquisition is the mistake in the integration of the acquired company's human resources. A framework for determining the degree of human capital integration- full, partial, or portfolio- that would be appropriate for achieving the goals of the acquisition is described.
