BAE wins $834 million full-rate howitzer production pact

BAE Systems said it would manufacture 495 Howitzers by the year 2009, under the production contact issued by the Joint program office, in Picatinny. BAE Systems said it has been awarded an $834 million contract for full rate production of the M777A1howitzer.
