Just do it

Article Abstract:

A survey conducted among 102 marketing executives belonging to computer, information technology (IT) and non-IT companies revealsthat age, gender and educational degree exert no significant effect on job performance. The study also indicated that marketing executives in computer companies, mostly women, tend to be younger and have shorter employment spans. Moreover, women's corporate titles were found to be indicative of function, while men's titles signify their level of power in the company.
