Morrisons in the running for Cleveland superstore

Article Abstract:

Subject to final approval from the Government Office Noth East, Morrisons, the northern based multiple e plans to open a 70,000 square foot superstore in Redcar, Cleveland in 2001, as part of a multi-million pound transformation of the shopping centre. The Redcar development will also have parking for 730 cars and a shopping mall comprising 23 units. Local councillors have already approved the scheme although there has been some local opposition to the plans.
