Article Abstract:

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $12,075,159 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a basic ordering agreement to procure 28 retrofit kits for the F/A-18A+ Navy Reserve Program. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed in December 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-98-G-0035).

Article Abstract:

Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $5,609,720 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-96-C-0054 to exercise an option for the procurement of various components for the production of the V-22 aircraft. Work will be performed in Ridley Park, Pa. (50%), and Fort Worth, Texas (50%), and is expected to be completed by March 2000. These contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
