Article Abstract:
Manufacturing Technology, Inc., Fort Walton Beach, Fla., is being awarded a $9,598,690 cost-plus-fixed-fee service contract to provide services for the design, development, test and evaluation, manufacturing, obsolescence management and documentation of airborne and ground based electronic systems/hardware for the Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center. This procurement will support the system/hardware needs of the Navy, Air Force, Army, Air National Guard, Marine Corps, and other DoD customers as required. Work will be performed in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and is expected to be completed by February 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
