Advanced Acoustic Concepts, Inc., Ronkonkoma, N.Y., is being awarded a $28,492,098 cost-plus-fixed-fee term contract for computer aided submode training (CAST) lesson authoring system (CLASS) development, maintenance, engineering services, technical analysis, technology support (hardware and software) and user training for the Aegis Training and Readiness Center, Dahlgren Div., Dahlgren, Va. Work will be performed in Ronkonkoma, N.Y. (65%), and Dahlgren, Va. (35%), and is expected to be completed by July 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract also includes pre-contract costs for one week of man-hours, equipment, material, fabrication and renovation.
