General Dynamics Defense Systems, Pittsfield, Mass., is being awarded a $52,651,249 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for the FY 99 fire control omnibus contract which includes fire control production, operational support, field engineering services and repair and return effort. Work will be performed in Pittsfield, Mass., and is expected to be completed September 2001. Contract funds in the amount of $15,873,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00030-99-C-0001).

Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by December 2000. Contract funds in the amount of $3,000,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
