No SOX please, we are British: What do SOX-legislated companies need to do to get their tax controls fully up to scratch?

Article Abstract:

The new Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) legislation is intended to improve the risk management, financial control and accuracy of company reporting. Companies needed to align their SOX compliance with a robust resource plan, and as salaries in the marketplace will increase in the short term, it is important to maximize the benefits of training, IT and staff sharing arrangements with other areas of the finance department.
