Nonenzymatic autoligation in direct three-color detection of RNA and DNA point mutations

Article Abstract:

Nonenzymatic phosphorothioate-iodide DNA autoligation chemistry is being investigated as a method for RNA and DNA sequence detection and identification. Enzymatic litigation methods are valuable in diagnostically detecting DNA sequences.
