Oak Industries Inc is a maker of components and controls for gas and electric appliances. Invesco MIM PLC sold several of its shares from early Feb to late Mar 1993. Three insiders then acquired 21,500 shares in Mar and Apr 1993 at an average of $17.38. One of the buyers was Pres William S. Antel III who exercised options for 5,000 shares last Mar 10, 1993 and has held on to the shares. Antle bought another 20,000 shares in the open market at $17.50. These insider activities suggest upcoming positive fundamentals.

These purchases represented the 1st open-market insider accumulation in 15 months. Gray also has very commendable insider trading behavior so overall, the outlook for the stock is good.
