Insiders reportedly disposed some of their shares after the stock dipped below the highs of $17 to $18 level. Three insiders disposed of 29,902 shares between Dec 1992 and early Jan 1993 at the $13.13 to $14.25 price range. Two of the sellers disclosed that they have sold their entire holdings. The stock is currently trading at the $13 level.

Four insiders took advantage of the climb by clearing out 10,489 shares in Mar 1993, at the $20.88 to $23 range. Three of the sellers made their first ever sale on record. Caution is recommended.
