Of jobs, deficits, and the weak dollar

Article Abstract:

The US dollar is declining in value in 2004, especially against the euro and the pound, as the country faces conditions that put downward pressure on its currency. The underlying causes of the weakening of the US dollar do not look as if they would disappear soon, and for different reasons, the Federal Reserve nor the European Central Bank (ECB) appears to be in a hurry to adjust its policies to halt.
