Cosalt has reduced the number of its divisions to four from five, and each divisions has a strategic direction and merits, despite a lack of synergy between the company's operations. Cosalt is involved in fibers, holiday homes, workwear and safety and protection. The fibers division is the smallest division, while the holiday homes division produces the most profit. The workwear division is to move into the cheaper end of the market with a limited, competitive range.
