The Resource accounting software package from DSR can be used by a single user, or in multi-user, multi-currency, or multi-company environments. Resource includes general ledger, job costing, stock control, payroll, and order processing. The nominal ledger is updated in batch mode, and other transactions are processed on-line. Resource can be run on a variety of computers and operating systems, including UNIX and MS-DOS. Resource performs a great many functions without being unduly complex. The nominal ledger module costs 375 pounds sterling for the single user version, 595 pounds sterling for the network version, and 895 pounds sterling for a multi-user system. The other modules have similar price structures.

An inquiry menu is included which adds such fields as balance, cash on account, sales, last invoice, record amendment, payment dates, and substantial help screens.
