Organizaional power and culture shift at Ducati Motorcycles

Article Abstract:

Interviews and participant observation were used in studying Ducati Motorcycles' coporate culture. Results show that corporate culture was utilized in transforming the corporate mindset and in the implementation of the new corporate strategy of Ducati. Details of Ducati's strategy, which was aimed at positioning Ducati into the global market, are given.
