Oxford Health Plans - OXHP

Article Abstract:

Insiders at Oxford Health Plans Inc. are taking advantage of the company's spiralling stock prices by selling more shares. In Sep. 1995, 11 insiders sold 298,798 shares priced at $64.75 to $72 each. In contrast, ten insiders got only around $60 each for the 200,000 shares they sold in Jun. 1995. The quick increase in prices could mean that the stock is getting overpriced. Oxford Health Plans offers managed health care services in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Article Abstract:

Nine insiders at Healthcare COMPARE Corp. (HCCC) sold 184,416 in Aug. and Sep. 1995. Stocks held by insiders have been going down since the company's initial public offering in 1987, an indication that insiders are not as bullish about their company as analysts who have been forecasting high long-term growth rates for HCCC are. HCCC offers preferred provider organization services such as healthcare utilization review and cost management.
