The options involved were to expire by the years 2000 to 2005. Officer Travers Wills sold 44,000 shares; vice president James Conto, 21,932; director Kennett Simmons, 60,000 shares; and Michael Mooney, 24,240 shares. The selling activity coincided with insider trading of other healthcare stocks.
