P-cards travel different roads to the same efficiencies

Article Abstract:

The p-card programs are introduced in order to cut the high cost processing purchases. It is observed that processing of purchases is costing more than the product purchased. The four successful p-card programs as followed by the U.S. Department of Defense, University of Pennsylvania, Hallmark Cards Inc., and W.R. Grace & Co. in order to achieve outstanding efficiencies and cost savings are examined.
