Puttin' on the Ritz: Primerica treats its sales incentives contest winners like royalty

Article Abstract:

Primerica Financial Services Inc (PFS) has chosen the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Naples, FL, as the location for its sales personnel incentive training seminar. For three days, winners of PFS's sales incentive contest are accommodated in the hotel, where they will enjoy recreational and social activities, as part of their reward. PFS's use of the hotel is the result of Ritz-Carlton Resort's marketing efforts. The Ritz has concentrated on group sales, like that of PFS's, rather than individual guests to fill the 463-room hotel. The hotel has also added personnel to meet the needs of group bookings.
